應(yīng)用Application

·YW-K系列電力液壓鼓式制動(dòng)器，主要用于各類通用橋、門式起重機(jī)的大車運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu)的減速制動(dòng)，也可用于非提升式絞車驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置減速制動(dòng)。

APPLICATION

YW-K series electric hydraulic drum brake is mainly used for deceleration braking of trolley runningmechanism of all kinds of universal bridge and gantry crane,and also for deceleration braking of non-lifting winch drive.

符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)Standards Compliant

·YW-K系列常開式制動(dòng)器的連接尺寸和技術(shù)要求符合JB/T6406-2006標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，制動(dòng)力矩參數(shù)符合GB6333-86標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

·配備符合DIN15430標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的Ed系列電力液壓推動(dòng)器。

STANDARDS COMPLIANT

·The dimensions and braking torque parameters of YW-Kseries normal open brakes comply with.JB/T6406-2006 standard and DIN15435 standard.

·They are equipped with Ed series thrusters which comply with DIN15430 standard.

使用條件 Operating Condition

·環(huán)境溫度:-20℃~+50℃

·周圍工作環(huán)境中不得有易燃、易爆及腐蝕性氣體，否則應(yīng)采用防腐型產(chǎn)品。

·相對(duì)濕度:空氣相對(duì)濕度不大于90%

·電源電壓:3相、交流380V、50Hz(其它電源等級(jí)可按需要定制)

·有特殊要求時(shí),在訂貨時(shí)協(xié)商確定。

OPERATING CONDITION

·Ambient femperature:-20℃~+50℃

·Flammable, explosive and corrosive gases are not allowed in the surrounding working environment,otherwise anti-corrosion products should be used.

·Relative humidity: the relative humidity of the air is not more than 90%

·Voltages: AC 3 phase 380V,50Hz ( Other voltage can be made as required ). 

·Special requirements can be discussed before production.

·性能安全可靠，制動(dòng)平穩(wěn)，動(dòng)作頻率高。

·主要擺動(dòng)鉸點(diǎn)均設(shè)有自潤(rùn)滑軸承，傳動(dòng)效率高，壽命長(zhǎng)，使用中無需潤(rùn)滑。

·聯(lián)鎖式退距均等裝置，在使用中始終保持兩側(cè)瓦塊退距均等，避兔因退距不均使一側(cè)制動(dòng)襯墊浮貼制動(dòng)輪的現(xiàn)象。

·制動(dòng)襯墊為卡裝式整體成型結(jié)構(gòu)，更換十分方便、快捷。

·制動(dòng)彈簧設(shè)在方管內(nèi)布置并設(shè)有標(biāo)尺，保護(hù)彈簧不受損壞和污染。

·采用Ed系列推動(dòng)器配套，動(dòng)作靈敏，壽命長(zhǎng)。

·常開式設(shè)計(jì)，(通電)推動(dòng)器制動(dòng)，(斷電)彈簧釋放。

MAIN FEATURE

·Safe and reliable performance, smooth braking, high action frequency.

·Main hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearing，making high efficiency oftransmission，long service life.Lubricating is unnecessary during operation.

·Interiocking shoe clearance balancing device and shoe auto-aligning device constantlyequalize the clearance of brake shoes on both sides and make adjustment unnecessary,completely avoiding brake lining one side sticking to brake wheel.

·Brake lining is of clamped integral forming structure, which is easy and quick to replace.

·Enclosed spring tube protects spring from damage and contamination.

·The Ed series thrusters are characterized by flexible action and long operating life.

·Normally open design，(power on)Braking by thruster,(power off ) spring release.
