應(yīng)用Application

·YT1系列電力液壓推動(dòng)器是一種集電機(jī)，離心泵，油缸為一體的，結(jié)構(gòu)非常緊湊的驅(qū)動(dòng)控制裝置，用作YWZB、YWZs等系列鼓式制動(dòng)器及盤(pán)式制動(dòng)器的驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置，還可用于各種工業(yè)閥門(mén)、閘門(mén)，定向擺動(dòng)和轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)(垂直向上安裝)裝置(機(jī)構(gòu))及夾緊裝置的驅(qū)動(dòng)控制。

APPLICATION

·YT1series electro-hydraulic thruster is a kind of drive control system, which is very compact in structure,and integrates electrical motor，centrifugal pump and oil cylinder.

It is extensively used as drive mechanism of various YWZB and YWZ3 series drum and disc brakes,drive control of various industrial valves, penstock, directional pendulum and steering (installed upwardvertically) mechanism, and clamping devices as well.

·YT1系列電力液壓推動(dòng)器的絕緣等級(jí)為B級(jí)，外殼防護(hù)等級(jí)為IP54。

·The insulation grade of YT1 series electric hydraulic thruster is grade B, and the protection grade of shellis IP54.

使用條件 Operating Condition

·環(huán)境溫度:-20℃~+45℃時(shí)，使用DB-25液壓油，使用前需先加注油液。

·空氣相對(duì)濕度不大手90%。

·使用地點(diǎn)的海拔高度符合GB755-2019標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

·電源電壓:3相、交流380V、50Hz(其它電源等級(jí)可按需要定制)

·周圍工作環(huán)境中沒(méi)有易燃、易爆及足以腐蝕金屬和破壞絕緣的氣體和塵埃。

·有特殊要求時(shí)，在訂貨時(shí)協(xié)商確定。

OPERATING CONDITION

·Ambient temperature: -20℃~+45℃,use the DB-25 hydraulic oil,It needs to be filled 

with oil before use.

·Relative humidity: ≤90%

·The altitude of the site is in accordance with the GB755-2019 standard.

·Voltages: AC 3 phase 380V,50Hz ( Other voltage can be made as required )

·There is no inflammable，explosive,corrosive metal and insulation damaging gas and dust in the surrounding working environment.

· Special requirements can be discussed before production.
