應(yīng)用Application

·SE系列電磁失效保護盤式制動器與鼓式制動器相比，具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、制動力大、安裝方便等優(yōu)點，它主要適用于起重、運輸、冶金、礦山、港口、建筑機械、電纜、吊索設(shè)備、風(fēng)力發(fā)電機、紡織機械等各行業(yè)的多種機械驅(qū)動配套的機械制動或減速。

APPLICATION

·Compared with drum brake, SE series electromagnetic failure protection disc brake has the advantagesof compact structure, large braking force and convenient installation. It is mainly suitable for mechanicalbraking or deceleration of various mechanical drives in liting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, port,construction machinery,cable, sling equipment, wind turbine, textile machinery and otherindustries.

主要特點Main Feature

·結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、制動力矩大、和工作制動器一樣。

·發(fā)現(xiàn)超速的情況下，用作緊急制動器，正常情況下靜態(tài)制動器響應(yīng)時間短。

·安裝公差大,制動盤端面跳動較大值:±0.2mm。底座相對于盤的垂直度偏差:±4%o。

·ST1SE, ST2SE僅適合用作安全制動器，當(dāng)使用頻率很低時也可用作工作制動器。

MAIN FEATURE

·Compact structure, large braking torque, same as working brake.

·In case of overspeed, it is used as emergency brake, and the response time of static brake is short undernormal conditions.

·The installation tolerance is large, and the maximum value of end face runout of brake disc is ±0.2mm.Perpendicularity deviation of base relative to disc: ± 4%o.

·ST1SE and ST2SE can only be used as safety brakes, and can also beusedas working brakes when thefrequency is very low.

使用條件 Operating Condition

·環(huán)境溫度:-20℃~+50℃

·周圍工作環(huán)境中不得有易燃、易爆氣體。

·相對濕度:空氣相對濕度不大于90%

·使用地點的海拔高度符合GB755-2019

·戶外雨雪侵蝕或有腐蝕性氣體和介質(zhì)應(yīng)采用防腐型產(chǎn)品。

OPERATING CONDITION

·Ambient temperature: -20℃~+50℃

·There shall be no inflammable or explosive gas in the surrounding working environment.

·Relative humidity: the relative humidity of the air is not more than 90%

·The altitude of the place ofuse conforms to GB755-2019

·Outdoor rain and snow erosion or corrosive gases and media should use anti-corrosionproducts.

·襯墊磨損顯示:通過顯示開關(guān)或襯墊里的磨損線實現(xiàn)。

·制動顯示:通過顯示開關(guān)實現(xiàn)。

·手動釋放顯示:通過顯示開關(guān)實現(xiàn)。

·特殊應(yīng)用

·用于盤溫非常高時的燒結(jié)襯墊，特種襯墊，無火星等。
